Many of you reading this post will already know about Byron Bay Cookie Company's cookies - they are avaialble in a vast range of flavours and there are plenty of gluten-free options. They can be seen in cafes and coffee carts around Australia, as well as on airlines and in selected department stores both in Australia and the UK. Their products are now also available for purchase through http://www.cookie.com.au/ and http://www.amazon.com/.
The Byron Bay Cookie Company has been around since 1990 and is probably best known for its large, iconic cookies. Nowadays though, there are also the smaller, delicious biscuits from Luken & May, and crispbreads from Byron Bay Gourmet Foods.
My personal favourites are the white choc chunk & macadamia nut cookie, the brand new muesli cookie, as well as the Byron Bay Gourmet Food's wonderful (and Sydney Royal Show gold medal winning) rosemary & sea salt crispbread - great served on a cheese platter. I'm also a big fan of the Luken & May range - great for sharing at home, or a lovely gift when visiting family/friends.

ReplyDeleteOhmygosh, there are so many flavours and options that I've never tried! So far, my favourite (of the ones I've tried!) is the sticky date and ginger cookie :)
ReplyDeleteI'm thinking I may have to relocate to Australia just so I can win this contest :) I have never heard of this product before but I love the cute little lunch boxes the cookies are in.... oh yeah, the cookies sound amazing too!
ReplyDeleteI didn't know that luken and may was attached to byron bay cookies. my hubby bought me the most incredible luken and may cookies for christmas a couple of years ago but we have never seen the flavour again :(
ReplyDeletemy favourite byron flavour would be the white choc chunk with macadamias too, it just works so well.
I love their Rocky Road cookie. It is amazing! There are a lot of flavours I haven't tried, though. I want one of each. :)
ReplyDeleteI looove the white choc macadamia cookies aswell! The salty choclatey goodness! When I was pregnant I used to stock up my locker at work for when I was on night shifts, yum!
ReplyDeleteLove the new muesli cookie but I was first addicted to the fig and pecan cookie.
ReplyDeleteHusband's favourite is the white chocolate macadamia cookie but mine is the lemon macadamia shortbread. Something about the balance of flavours with the crumbly texture.
ReplyDeleteTheir white choc and macadamia cookie is my standard for white choc cookies. They were sold at the cafe I used to work at ten years ago and we got to eat the cracked ones so some would mysteriously get broken now and then :)
ReplyDeleteI love the Dotty cookie! I may be approaching 32 years of age, but a cookie and 9 smarties still makes me happy!
ReplyDeleteI love the gluten free White Chocolate and Macadamia..Yum
ReplyDeleteHas to be the famous dotty cookie.. such a kid at heart!
ReplyDeleteDid I spy gluten free crispbread? I haven't tried those before, but I have enjoyed the gfree White Choc and Macadamia- often the only gfree option at coffee shops!
ReplyDeletebeen lucky enough to try the new muesli cookie, so totally delish!!!
ReplyDeleteHi everyone - thanks for all your entries. Keep them coming! Looks like the white choc & macadamia is a big favourite amongst us! :)
ReplyDeleteInTolerant Chef - yes you certainly did, and those crisbreads are very nice!
My favourite is the Triple Choc Fudge!! I am so disappointed that they are no longer available on Virgin Flights.
ReplyDeleteCANNOT GO PASS THE EVIL BYRON BAY TRIPLE CHOC FUDGE COOKIES
ReplyDeleteLOVE it! LOVE them!! YUM!!!
I wonder if anyone has tried their "Sticky Date Cookie" it is absolutely delicious, lots of goodness packed into the most delicious biscuit ever. I went through a period of having these for breakfast every morning because I decided they were "healthy" packed with brown sugar, macadamia nut and date... a girl cant go wrong ;)
ReplyDeleteI love the little stripey suitcases, gorgeous! Please enter me in the draw I have been going through Byron Bay Cookie withdrawals :(
Just love the White Chocolate and Macadamia cookie. The texture is unlike any other - not too hard or too soft and doesn't break apart too easily with the best taste combination. I Love them!
ReplyDeleteMost delicious cookies in the world - I cant go past the dotty cookies - such a childhood throw-back! Yum!!
